It performs all the three operation of washing, drying, and labelling for ampoules and thus proves to be quite a handy machine. Ampoules are small sealed vial that is primarily used to contain and preserve the sample. It is very necessary to make sure that ampoules do not contain any contaminants and trace of water before being filled with the sample. The ampoule washing, drying, and labeling machine first cleans the container thoroughly and then dries it out to make sure there are no water molecules present. It is then moved forward so that the label can be put on.

The ampoule labelling machine has the competency of attending up to 3000 ampoules/min. It requires an electric supply of 6 HP and can be utilized for ampoules having the capacity between 1 ml to 10 ml.
