Our History to an Innovative Future

1988

Establishment of N.K.Engineering

Late Shri N.R.Mevada founded N.K.Engineering Co in 1988. From the very initiation, we had inculcated ourselves to stand apart in our responsiveness to the needs of the industry. We were well in pace with the internationally accepted norms and guidelines to improve and innovate the technology used in our products.

1991

Renowned Indian Pharma Companies in our Clientele

In the 1990s, our primary objective at N.K. Engineering Co. was to integrate automation into our pharmaceutical machinery manufacturing. We achieved this goal, developing products designed to minimize costs, save time, and decrease human involvement in sterile environments. Our successful endeavours included the provision of low-output sterile filling lines to esteemed pharmaceutical companies in India. To encapsulate our achievements, our machines are now not only cost-effective but also exhibit quality comparable to that of American and German counterparts in the industry.

1996

Introduced Higher Output Sterile Injectable Lines

1996 was a watershed year for N.K.Engineering Co. We introduced sterile injectable line of higher outputs in Indian market thus making ourselves leading manufacturers of Injectable Machinery In India. We got a step closer to enter international market.

2000

A brand new venture. 'NK Pharma Industries'

In the millennium year of 2000, N.K.Pharma Industries emerged as a transformative enterprise, establishing a pharmaceutical formulation unit. The collaboration of our dedicated R&D team, designers, and engineers resulted in the creation of user-friendly machinery. Through the firsthand use of our own machines, we gained profound insights into their crucial role within the formulation industry.

2005

Enhancing and Excelling with Persistent R&D efforts

NKP Pharma Pvt. Ltd. experienced significant revenue growth through ongoing dedication to research and development, service enhancement, infrastructure expansion, and team building. Furthermore, the company made notable technological advancements, including the creation of a Centralised Powder Wheel for Powder Filling Machines, a Seal Pressure Testing Mechanism for Vial Sealing Machines, and a Web Rejection System for Vial Labelling Machines.

2015

Technological Revolution with Expansions

As pharmaceutical companies directed their attention to regulatory markets, NKP facilitated a seamless and noteworthy period by upgrading a majority of its machines to comply with USFDA, 21 CFR Part-11 Standards. This ensured alignment with the industry's standard compliances and marked another milestone in challenging imported brands. Additionally, NKP established a separate unit in Goa, India, for manufacturing tunnels and three additional units dedicated to producing machines tailored to specific applications.

2017

A Major Leap of Transformation from Excellent to the most Superlative

NKP made the year remarkable by developing High Precise Fully Automatic Sterile Filling Machine with 100% online weighing feature competent enough to challenge imported brands. In addition, a manufacturing unit dedicated for Clean Room Equipment’s was established. Being an year full of accomplishment NKP is now set to Develop State of Art Manufacturing Facility at Changodar, Ahmedabad, India expected to embark in 2018, thus making NKP - the Only Indian Pharmaceutical Machinery Manufacturer with colossal and the most technologically advanced infrastructure.

2022

Excelling in brand with colossal infrastructure & cutting edge technology

Having incorporated the new facility in Changodar, NKP now stands as the leading Indian manufacturer of injectable packaging machinery, boasting a substantial infrastructure. This adaptable infrastructure is well-equipped to produce machines incorporating cutting-edge technologies and applications such as robots, online weighing systems, high-end pre-filled syringe filling applications, isolators, and more.

2023

A newly integrated FAT facility

We ended the year 2023, with another remarkable milestone by delivering our First Isolator Based Filling Line to one of the premium customers in India. Along with this milestone, the establishment of a fully-fledged Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) facility is nearing completion. This facility houses a simulated environmental condition which can be set as per client’s area condition for machine tests and operations.

Lastly, we have established a dedicated space for rigorous testing and validation processes, ensuring that each of our manufactured machine undergoes comprehensive evaluations before reaching our valued clients. This state-of-the-art facility is meticulously designed to accommodate and streamline the Factory Acceptance Testing procedures, contributing to the efficiency and reliability of our entire manufacturing process.
